Q:  How do I place an order?  


A:  Select the Online Store tab and view products.  Once products are added to cart, select "Local Pick Up Option" if you want to pick up order from our kitchen or enter a ship to address.  Local customers can avoid shipping costs and pick up cakes at our commercial kitchen, located at 125 Hayesbury Drive, Suite C, Pelham, AL (behind the Trampoline Park on Highway 261). Our hours are Mon - Fri 10 am - 4 pm.  After then its by appointment ONLY.  Call us for appointment pick ups after regular hours. Once order has been placed, customers will receive an email within the hour confirming the order.  

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?


A:  Please allow 24-48 hours (business days) for us to prepare your cakes. Our cut off is 2 pm daily.  


Orders that come in Friday AFTER 2 pm thru Monday 1:59 pm CST will be shipped Tuesday 

Orders that come in Monday AFTER 2 pm thru Tuesday 1:59 pm CST will be shipped Wednesday

Orders that come in Tuesday AFTER 2 pm thru Wednesday 1:59 pm CST will be shipped Thursday

Orders that come in Wednesday AFTER 2 pm thru Thursday 1:59 pm CST will be shipped Friday

Orders that come in Thursday AFTER 2 pm thru Friday 1:59 pm CST will be shipped Monday


If your cake(s) are needed by a designated date, PLEASE let us know. Our staff should be asking - but we'd rather be safe than miss your important date.



Q: What if I don't want to enter my credit card information on the site or use the website for check out? Are there other options to place my order?


A:  Yes! We understand each customer is as different and unique as our cakes! If you prefer to speak to someone to place your order, call the number listed below.



Q:  Can I come to the kitchen to pick up a cake without ordering?


A:  Our cakes are pre-ordered for each customer.  Staff may not be at the kitchen at all times; therefore, we ask that customers let us know when they are coming so that we can prepare and make sure your cake preference is available and ready when you get there!



Q:  Where is the kitchen located?


A:  We are located behind the Trampoline Park on Hwy 261 in Pelham.  The address is 125 Hayesbury Drive, Suite C, Pelham, AL 35124



Q:  What if I am not satisfied with the cake I purchased?


A:  Our desire is that every cake we prepare is perfect; however, we realize, THINGS HAPPEN!  We stand behind our products and will strive to provide the best experience possible.  Customer Service is a top priority.  If you have a problem, please contact us and allow us to correct the issue. We reserve the right to NOT refund but will replace after an investigation into the issue.
